Sim-Lab is a newcomer to the DD wheelbase market, launching two products in 2026 under the DDS TorqueSync brand, co-developed with Italian company SOLO Motorcontrollers Srl. Their key technical differentiator is a 350 VDC internal bus — most competitors use 48V architectures. This delivers radically higher slew rate and maintains full torque during rapid reversals where 48V systems lose power due to back-EMF. The 100 kHz DSP multi-core control loop is 100× faster than typical 1 kHz USB poll rates. Both bases include an integrated PSU (no external brick), Xero-Play motorsport conical QR, universal ⌀70 mm bolt pattern, and an industry-leading 48-month warranty.
